Built by Fornax.
In India. For Indian omnichannel commerce.
Why we built Ocular.
Every Indian commerce brand we worked with was bleeding margin in places nobody was watching. As brands went omnichannel, the places multiplied.
ROAS drifted two points on Meta. Returns climbed in a pincode pocket nobody had whitelisted. Discount depth crept. A Nykaa PO slipped and the B2B team found out from Nykaa. Blinkit went out of stock in a city and supply-chain found out the next quarter.
By the time finance caught the four-point CM hit, the quarter was over.
That's not a dashboard problem. It's a model problem. The data lived in twenty places, twenty shapes, twenty definitions of "customer" and "order." Nobody could see the compounding because nobody had the same numbers in their hand.
So we built the semantic layer first: pincodes, COD, returns, festivals, ₹, fiscal April, marketplace SKUs, dark-store availability, B2B PO accounts, planning targets. Then the screens on top.
Ocular AI is coming on top of that. Because the foundation is finally ready.
The spine.
One model.
Every channel.
Every decision.
